A first look at the showroom area — still in its early stages, but it gives shape to how we imagine the space feeling. Open, quiet, and intentional, it’s meant to be more than just a front room; it’s the part of the roastery that connects process with people.
When we started thinking about building our own roasting space, the idea always came back to control. Not in a rigid way, but in how the space could work with us — the layout, the flow, even how it might double as a small showroom. We wanted the flexibility to adjust as we grow, and the freedom to shape a space that feels like us.
Now, with the plans finalized, we’re getting ready to submit our building permit. It’s the first real step toward turning sketches into walls, sound, and movement. There’s still a long way to go, but it finally feels real.
