From the Sidama region of Ethiopia, this exceptional batch comes from Elto Coffee—the Archers lot—and underwent a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation process. The result is a unique and complex aroma, with a prominent melon note and a sweet tropical character. The cup is marked by intense, multi-faceted sweetness and a vibrant, evolving profile. We roasted this batch to strike a balance between espresso and filter brewing, achieving a pleasant and well-rounded cup. As the first pilot release in our lineup, this coffee stands out with its clarity, depth, and expressive character.
