  1. How long should I rest these beans? etc.

    We roast light, whether for espresso or filter. We recommend starting to brew after at least two weeks, while certain beans benefit from resting up to a month post-roast.

  2. Do you sell grounded coffee?

    Nope. There’s no universal grind size for every brew method. That’s why calibrating grind size for your way of making coffee is so important.

  3. Do you have a recipe for filter, espresso, etc?

    Every coffee comes with a suggested recipe for espresso or filter. Use it as a guide, and make it your own. For filter coffee testing, we use an Origami and a Solo dripper.

    We are in the process of creating an online notion database for reference in case the physical recipe is lost.

  4. I just ordered. When do I get my coffee?
