Rwanda Nyamasheke Red Bourbon Decaf

Part of Swiss Water’s Emerald Micro Lots collection, this naturally processed Rwandan coffee challenges conventional ideas of what decaf can be. Grown at 1,700–2,100 masl, it is produced by Celestin and Marie Rumenerangabo alongside 236 neighbouring households-a community-driven effort behind a genuinely distinctive coffee. We roast this lot omni to bring out its versatility across both espresso and filter. The cup is exceptionally clean and sweet, while filter brewing reveals a smooth, silky mouthfeel followed by a short yet beautifully clean finish.
